By accessing or using TranscribeSimpli you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

TranscribeSimpli provides browser-based transcription tools. Processing happens on your own device. The service is provided free of charge and may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time.

You keep all rights in the files you use with the service. Because your files are not uploaded to us, we acquire no licence or interest in them.

You are responsible for holding the necessary rights to any file you process, including any consent required from people recorded in it.

• Use the service unlawfully, or to process material you have no right to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Use the service to infringe anyone’s rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
• Record or transcribe people without the consent required where you live.

The TranscribeSimpli name, interface, design and software are owned by WorkSimpli Software, LLC and protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you no licence to reuse them.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that transcripts will be accurate or complete, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

Automated transcription makes mistakes. Do not rely on output for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical purposes without human review. Keep your own backups of any file you care about.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkSimpli Software, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, revenue or profit, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
